Progression deck up to and including the Dwarrowdelf cycle & Over Hill and Under Hill.
Going underground with the Elves
Alternate reality where the Elves thrive in caves. I wanted to attempt to build a single thematic Elf deck that could beat every quest from Khazad-Dum and the Dwarrowdelf cycle.
Due to the deck being Solo Tri-Sphere all but 3 cards cost 2 or fewer resources. It is vital to get Light of Valinor and Vilya out and working for you ASAP, use Master of the Forge to do so if necessary. Then manipulate the deck with Imladris Stargazer to hopefully bring Beorn and Gandalf into play for free (via Elrond).
Elronds ability also helps smooth out the resources (especially with Vilya).
After that, the deck is balanced between questing and killing (use the Master of the Forge to get a couple of Rivendell Blades on to Legolas).
The deck was more than capable throughout the challenge, it only really struggled with Shadow & Flame but eventually it bested it.
(+)
Player deck manipulation. Combat & questing.
(+/-)
Threat reduction. Character readying. Treachery/'When revealed' cancellation. Shadow effect countering. Card draw. Healing. A touch of scrying.
(-)
Poor resource generation.
