First attempt at a Noldor deck for the Weekley quest series
just searched for cards that effected Noldor or where Noldor and added in Bilbo because he was the optional hero and would help with card draw and striders path because I wanted to try it out.
I think its a good start but it needs tuning. I tried to use prioritize cards that worked with that worked from the discard pile like Elven-light, and Glorfindel and cards that used discard as part of the cost like Protector of Lórien, and Guardian of Rivendell.
I think I should have included Will of the West as a backup plan but it worked ok without it.
