This is a fairly straightforward Outlands deck, but with a different hero and support card twist. This is essentially a modified spirit deck with the normal spirit allies replaced with Outlands allies. Amarthiúl provides leadership (and once you have an enemy engaged, tactics) while Galadriel with Nenya provides lore

The general strategy is to use Galadriel's card draw and the Elven-lights to pull cards as needed. Steward of Gondor should go on Amarthiúl most of the time. Aim to mulligan for an Elven-light to get the card draw going early, or Nenya if high initial willpower is needed and the Ethir Swordsmen aren't around yet.

Location control is mainly done through the two Steed of Imladris cards (plus they can operate to mill the Elven-lights more frequently if needed). The deck should be fine-tuned to your play style. In particular, this version has what most might consider to be too much threat reduction, so improved location control like The Evening Star could be beneficial in place of the threat reduction.
