Just Aragorn and Arwen on a date. Her grandma keeps popping up from time to time to check in on them, and when she's not, her servants are around. Not that he can quite get away from his ranger buddies either.
Arwen brought a packed lunch with her, and they rode off on their horses. She gave him her mother's amulet to go with his ancestral ring and an old necklace they found along the way. He gave her the symbol of his people, and the name of his House.
Just in case, Arwen packed her combat gear, and Aragorn had an old sword that he showed off. Later he taught her how to read the Dúnedain's secret runes. He produced a bottle of something for them to share, before they headed back home.

May 02, 2019Hehe, I realised that shortly after I posted it. Not entirely sure what to remove: I suppose for the theme Steward and Heir of Mardil don't really fit with Aragorn, and there might be enough resources and readying to do without. I guess they'll sing love songs to each other on their date. How romantic. |
