This is a straightforward hobbit deck with a focus on equipping the heroes while waiting for allies to activate the Fellowship contract.
Getting the pieces together is easier thanks to Drinking Song, Daeron's Runes, and Galadriel, so, for example, finding two copies of Friend of Friends can happen as early as the first turn. Sam Gamgee naturally gets most of the combat attachments. If he's holding Sting, Friend of Friends, Hobbit Cloak, Fast Hitch, support from Rosie Cotton, and good Fellowship, he's a beast.
By keeping your threat level low, this deck takes advantage of the text on cards like Sam Gamgee, Pippin, Boromir, Gaffer Gamgee, Hobbit Cloak, and Staff of Lebethron. Using Frodo Baggins' ability along with The Shirefolk and Sneak Attack Gandalf should keep you in the 20's throughout the game.
A note on the sideboard: If another player is using Steward of Gondor, you can convert this deck to secrecy with help from the sideboard. You should replace the following cards: (1) Galadriel, (2) Boromir, (2) Song of Battle, (3) Steward of Gondor, and (2) Sting.
