I had the idea for a deck in which everything costs two, so that Zigil turns into a reliable ressource generation machine, for quite a while now. Then I saw Seastan's Everything* Costs 2 deck (which is based on the very same concept) and felt inspired to build this one here. My limited card pool really hurt me when constructing a deck with such a narrow focus as this one. I chose the heroes, because that way I have easy access to the three card draw effects that cost 2 that I own (Gléowine, King Under the Mountain and Gandalf's Staff) - after all we want to get our hands on Zigil Miner as quick as possible. Wizard Pipe and Will of the West don't cost 2, but I included them anyways, because the first one feels nearly obligatory for a Gandalf deck and the second one is necessary to prevent out deck from running out from all the discard shennanigans. I had problems with filling in the Lore part of the deck. Therefore, I included Ring Mail, so that it can go on Bifur and (with the help of Burning Brand) turn him into a good defender.
The name is a word for word translation of the German title of the Disney show TaleSpin (Käpt'n Balu und seine tollkühne Crew). There's no deeper meaning to it, just a dumb reference ;)
