Full Disclosure: This is only a medium-tier deck. However, it's a lot of fun to play.

Use Lothíriel's ability sparingly, and mostly to get allies from your hand back into circulation for Prince Imrahil, especially Knight of Belfalas. It took me a while to realize that spamming an ally every turn is a bad idea.

Eomer gets The One Ring and Strength and Courage, so that he can snipe into staging from turn 1, with a high chance of killing the target. This is especially useful for acquiring the Necklace. Firefoot was relegated to the sideboard, since it tended to be overkill. Honestly, there's probably a better choice for that hero slot, but he's too much fun.

We Are Not Idle is filler, to shrink the effective size of the deck.

Steward of Gondor can be replaced/augmented with Horn of Gondor, especially if the quest requires lots of chump blocking. Consider adding an extra Knight of Belfalas in that case as well.

I tended to put the Necklace and Steward on Lothiriel, for spamming Glorfindel and Elven-light. Squire of the Citadel and Envoy of Pelargir keep Imrahil in business.

The sideboard is mostly a collection of possibly-useful allies, depending on your fellowship and encounter deck.
