This deck is sort of a dual personality. One the one hand, Boromir blocks and massacres everything. On the other hand, billions of Gondor allies all get +1 quest power from Visionary Leadership. These concepts don't really go together, but neither of them fills up a full 50-card deck, so here they are.
About the sideboard:
Blood of Númenor to go in an allied deck. Landroval can go here or in Vilya decks. Doesn't fit the concept here, very well. Bonus copies of Faramir and Visionary Leadership. Not sure how to cut to 50 cards. For Gondor! not really needed. Herald of Anórien to help accelerate the allies, but this deck is from sets only up through The Road Darkens.
