First draft, might need a bit more work.

The Plan:

Player 1: Boromir, Glorfindel, Sam Gamgee. Engage all the things, destroy all the things.

Player 2: "Boromir's Sidekicks," which is the more important part of the combo compared to this one. Aragorn, Song of Eärendil, Desperate Alliance, to bleed off and then negate billions of threat. I might recommend Eleanor and Théodred? But I'll leave that to another player to build.

Player 3: This deck. Priorities include:

1) Load up Song of Eärendil on Merry. Soak up Boromir's threat whenever it rises, and bleed it off. Pass the Wandering Tooks to wherever Aragorn is going next.

2) A Burning Brand are for Boromir with his Song of Wisdom, and Elrond. Light of Valinor is probably for Glorfindel, but could also be for Elrond to improve Vilya.

3) Good Meal mostly for The Galadhrim's Greeting, but can also get us a A Test of Will or Dwarven Tomb in a pinch.

4) Gildor's Counsel to smooth the rough edges. We should be able to destroy all enemies with Boromir, and we have some location control with Asfaloth, but a card fewer right at the start and/or right at the end just makes things easier.

5) Many (but not all) of the usual Wise Men tricks. (The rest are sitting in the incredibly messy sideboard here.)

Player 4: Beregond, Háma, Feint, Behind Strong Walls, Gondorian Shield. We'll call it the "None Shall Pass!" deck: able to block every single enemy right from turn 1. Boromir takes some time to set up, but this deck should be able to block whatever he can't yet. Maybe Éowyn to help the De-Threating Twins quest.
