Sorry for my bad english in advance !
This deck is build around the faculty of Noldor and Dunedain to ready each other while increasing their stats with Tale of Tinúviel. But not only !
Fed up of waiting for attachements to increase the , or of your hero ? Let's take a look on how you can do otherwise :
First, boost Cirdan's with Miruvor and Star Brooch. Second, Choose your Dunedain betwin Northern Tracker or Ranger of Cardolan that you put for 1 chip in play. Third, use Tale of Tinúviel to ready a ranger with a +4 boost on all his sats Fourth : Use it ! Fifth : Reuse your Tale of Tinúviel or other events with Dwarven Tomb or Map of Earnil.
That's the base. But if you prefers to ready buddies heroes/allies Noldors ro Dunedain, you can too ! More, you control the DR and the of your companions, and you explode the in quest phases.
The good thing in this deck is that whatever commes in your first hand, you can do something good ! Try to still have a Silver Harp in hand as soon as possible to keep your cards in hand.
Unfortunately, Tale of Tinuviel says that you only add a character's printed Willpower, so even if you boost him with Miruvor and Star Brooch, Cirdan will only add a +4 bonus to whichever Dunedain he readies. (+4 is still a huge bonus, though!)
Thankfully, Fair and Perilous takes into account any bonuses you might have, still.
