This deck has been the deck I have used the longest and has, with a few minor alterations, completed all the core set, Shadows of Mirkwood, Kazad-dum, and Dwarrowdelf scenarios except Escape from Dol Guldur in solo play. This includes Return to Mirkwood. It is currently built for a single core set.

The strategy is simple. Elrond defends. Glorfindel attacks. Galadriel freezes threat and draws cards. Your fleet of allies quest like there is no tomorrow. Galadriel's ability often allows you to drop a few allies and quest, then use those same allies to attack or defend whatever pops out of the encounter deck.

Elrond should receive A Burning Brand and Vilya as soon as possible. A Burning Brand with Warden of Healing will let Elrond handle a lot of punishment while you are getting set up. Glorfindel receives his usual toys of Asfaloth and Light of Valinor to boost his questing/control potential. Silver Lamp will usually go on Galadriel, though Glorfindel can hold the lamp if he has Light of Valinor already. I usually give Unexpected Courage to Elrond so he can use Vilya and still defend. Nenya usually acts as a Song of Wisdom with benefits since her threat freeze and card draw are often more valuable than the extra willpower.

If you have the cards, I would add another A Test of Will and remove a copy of The White Council. In solo play, The White Council adds a lot of versatility, but in multiplayer I would cut it in favor of another The Galadhrim's Greeting and 2x Miner of the Iron Hills. Even in quests without condition attachments, a 2-cost 1-will 1-attack ally is very useful.
