This is my first deck to feature one of my new favorite heroes, Éowyn, and it is a blast. The starting threat is actually 22. The concept of the deck is to quest early while you get setup, then destroy the boss with many tools, so obviously it is designed to go against quests that feature a single, extremely powerful boss.
The early game uses low threat to quest heavily. Boromir makes this happen with his excellent defense for low threat decks. Raiment of War goes on Boromir to make him even more impressive. Before he gets setup Winged Guardian and Feint hold off the enemy. A Good Harvest is there to pay for Gamling so that you can discard Westfold Outrider each turn to engage an enemy. This helps with questing and can often get Mablung an extra resource. Master Ironsmith puts Herugrim on Eowyn and when the boss appears she and Beorn can combine for over 20 damage. If that's not enough to win Hour of Wrath and Book of Eldacar may hold the key to victory.
