This deck is inspired by "Quest, Quest, Quest" built by The White Wizard. The main goal is to get some solid willpower on the board while also providing assistance to players outside of the questing phase.
On the willpower side, Northern Tracker, Pelargir Shipwright, and Sailor of Lune can turn this deck's usual 8 willpower out the gate into double digits easily. With recent quests dealing direct damage more often than not, having the Sailor included (especially with 24 events) means that we'll have him around a little longer than others.
The classic Zigil Miner and Imladris Stargazer combo is included for a couple of reasons. Number 1, this deck will struggle with resources. Number 2, this combo will partner well with Lay of Nimrodel for any YOLO questing phases. Number 3, Imladris Stargazer by herself represents amazing support not just for the player piloting this deck but for others as well. Being able to influence the future draws of any player is a major plus and keeps in line with this deck's wanting to do well in multiplayer situations.
Elven-light provides some MUCH needed card draw and pairs well with Éowyn's willpower boosting ability. Any useless cards can also be pitched to her effect to be eventually re-shuffled by Will of the West, to provide a boost of willpower to Sailor of Lune, or to feed into Stand and Fight.
