Notes to self: Potent dwarf swarm.
Get Steward of Gondor + Narvi's Belt onto Dain ASAP. Use Fili & Kili as chump blockers if needed.
Sideboard notes: Use side quests for "turtling", and switch out tactics Bofur for spirit Bofur (and Erebor Hammersmiths) if more questing power is needed. If there are no harmful Condition attachments, then Miner of the Iron Hills can be subbed out. Edit: I added a couple of other attachments to help with troublesome locations as well.
Notes for ringsdb: This deck was taken almost whole cloth from @captainace . I realized that the only card they used that I didn't have was Azain Silverbeard, so I made the slightest substitutions I could, as well as adding a sideboard.
Legacy of Númenor (along with most other doomed cards) makes me super-nervous, so for my first play through with this deck (Conflict at the Carrock), I removed LoN and subbed in Double Back, Gather Information, and Scout Ahead. This deck crushed CotC even though I never pulled a single Daeron's Runes or found a second Erebor Battle Master.
I will be testing this deck further, and I hope to use it on the Hobbit Saga box quests soon.
