A deck that for those that love to be first!

  • First off, Follow Me! helps ensure you're first player as often as possible!
  • Bilbo Baggins rewards you for being first player by giving you an extra card.
  • Elf-stone, Ancient Mathom, and Ranger Provisions are all great first player boons.
  • The first player gets to decide what to do when Ranger of the North enters play.
  • When you're first player, Théodred's resource can only go on your own characters. Sorry other players!
  • Play Defender of the West on another player's ally and claim it for your own.
  • In your love of all things first, be sure to damage the first enemy off the encounter deck with Expecting Mischief or Anborn and place a progress on the first location with Warden of Arnor. Since you should be playing this deck with a high player count, triggering these effects should be reliable.
  • A lot of treacheries specifically target the first player. Save your Test of Will to cancel them.

Finally, this deck has some harsh words for the last player.

Bilbo, i simply can't. One of the worst hero ever. He should have 6 nor 7 willpower. But at that time they did not knew themselves about secrecy so...

Sometimes ffg should just make some reworks on some heroes/cards instead of nerfing some cards as badly as Horn of Gondor for exemple (where a limit of 1per phase or 2x/turn would have been enough !)

Does The White Council belong in this deck, because first player gets first choice, or does it belong decisively outside, because it helps everyone else too?

@SechenThe White Council and Deep Knowledgewere both cut from the deck for the same reason. Nobody cares about players 2, 3, and 4!

Isn't Asfaloth can only be attached to noldor or silvan hero?

@DaigelmirCorrect.... Asfaloth would need to go on someone else's hero. Odds are high that it will have a valid target in a multiplayer game.
