Caldara is hardly a novel approach to deckbuilding, but I finally have enough (see: not all) of the ingredients to make one, and I am desperate for something that works in solo. I was originally going to keep this one to myself, but after having a tough time finding a Caldara deck that features Círdan the Shipwright, I figured I'd take the opportunity to share.

Ally-wise, my plan is to drop as much of my hand as quickly as possible via early drops Elven Jeweler and Emery. The 4-cost roster is prime choice for Caldara spawns.

Ideally an opening hand will contain Sword-thain so that it can get tossed onto Emery or Arwen Undómiel. Disasters will still cycle fairly quickly between Emery milling, Ancient Mathom, and Cirdan's double drawing. The ultimate scenario is Cirdan bedecked in two Unexpected Courage (I only have two core sets) and Narya so that he can quest, attack or block, and unload an army of allies for additional attacking/blocking. Obviously, Light of Valinor is built for Glorfindel.

I'd consider dropping a The Galadhrim's Greeting for my second copy of Fortune or Fate, but I feel like I already blow through resources pretty readily as it is. Anyway, all criticism is welcome.
