Give Gamling Sword-Thain, then boost him up with Unexpected Courage. He can now bring your Rohan allies back into play again and again, providing you with resource boosts, along with the resource boost provided by Theoden. Eomer's ability will be triggered each round, allowing him to kill lots of little bad guys (with leftover damage going to big guys), readying with Rohan Warhorse, then doing it again. Snowmane will bring Theoden back from questing, allowing him to defend (with his Golden Shield) or attack with Eomer (readying with another Rohan Warhorse).
Lots of bouncing, lots of readying, lots of questing, and plenty of killing!
