This deck is designed for a newer player that's playing as part of a large fellowship. It's straightforward but capable of being powerful, and I tried to appeal to fans of the books and make it thematic too. I attempt to frame it as "Aragorn helps out Gondor as he does before the events of the Lord of the Rings".
It should be relatively unique-safe apart from Steward, Aragorn, and Boromir but if you're like me doing all the prep yourself then it doesn't limit you too much.
The deck plays like what you would expect - getting out Visionary Leadership, Faramir, and Sword that was Broken to boost a swarm of Gondor allies to the point where they can quest for 3-4 players alone.
This deck isn't the most refined and I'm sure there are plenty of improvements to suggest, if nothing else it's probably outperformed by Outlands, but my friends and I had fun and success with this deck against Watcher in the Water, Foundations of Stone, and Shadow and Flame.
An argument could be made for Tactics Aragorn since sword gives him , but I found early resources more useful. This deck can do plenty of defending but benefits from being paired with something like a Silvan deck that has ranged attackers, even with Boromir's ability.
