Seastan has a newer deck inspired by this one: Imrahilvan 2.0

We all knew that Timrahil was going to be great in a Silvan deck with Elf-friend. Here's my version.

The ideal cards to have in your starting hand are Elf-friend or O Lórien!, but they aren't strictly necessary. Imrahil has a lot of targets in the deck based on his Warrior trait alone. And while O Lórien! helps with resource generation and smoothing, The Tree People works amazingly with Imrahil to get costly Silvan allies into play for 1 resource.

With Celeborn on the table, each or your Silvan allies brought in by Imrahil will be boosted. One of the best targets is Marksman of Lórien, who jumps in with 4 ranged attack and can lower an enemy's defense by 2! He can one-shot most of the enemies in the game all by himself.

Henamarth Riversong is a true powerhouse in this deck, as with any Silvan Deck. Play him for 1, exhaust him to see the next encounter card, then pick him back up with The Tree People, Feigned Voices, or Pursuing the Enemy. Repeat as needed. Keep fetching those events by bouncing your Galadhrim Minstrels in and out.

Lastly, we have Beorn here because he's such a great card for Imrahil. But I only included 1 copy because you really don't want to draw into him. If you do, use Sneak Attack to play him, trigger his ability, and get him shuffled back into your deck before he comes back to your hand.

Awesome deck! I recently started building Silvan decks and really enjoy them. I am going to try this one for sure.

Can you explain how The Tree People with Imrahil works? I for some reason cannot wrap my mind around that concept.

@Zatara During the combat phase you use Imrahil's ability to bring a Silvan ally into play, and before the phase ends play The Tree People to put a new one into play by returning the one using his ability back into your hand that would permanently stay on the field. Very nice combo.

Especially because using one of the Silvan events lets you add the Imrahiled Silvan to your hand rather than your discard pile, effectively making it a card draw too

Well, this deck make me think about an underused card: Island Amid Perils. With Prince Imrahil seems more playable than before, specially over Rúmil, Legolas or Haldir of Lórien.

@fbnaulinIf deck had a spirit hero I definitely would have included it!

@SeastanSure! That's what I like about yours and other users decks: nice descriptions that spark some new ideas! Now I'm thinking about that Spirit variant of this deck.

Great build!

The Sands of Harad have brought us Unlikely Friendship and Greenwood Archer that fit very well in this deck! With the Greenwood Archer readying ability it's now very tempting to include Captain's Wisdom. It's a tough choice but I would replace the Defender of the Naith (even though they have the warrior trait) and We Are Not Idle and/or Daeron's Runes to make room for those I guess... What do you think?

Unlikely Friendship and Greenwood Archer are definitely worth adding, along with Captain's Wisdom.

I'd take out Rúmil. His ability only triggers when played from hand, and with Imrahil using his ability almost every turn you'll never ever gather 4 tactics resources.

To make room for Unlikely Friendship, I'd remove Heed the Dream. and Greenwood Archer could replace Defender of the Naith, at least some of them.

Since Unlikely Friendship is strictly better than We Are Not Idle in this deck, that's an easy swap you can make.

I agree that Rumil is pretty weak here too. Also, the Greenwood Archer is probably better than Galadhon Archer in most cases.

And since Heed the Dream helps find Elf-friend, I would strongly advise keeping it in the deck.
