The Noldor are a graceful people, light of foot and swift.

The deck's dual focus is questing and location control. It has nods towards healing and cancellation but barely any threat reduction at all.

Mulligan for Light of Valinor

Heroes

Your heroes each quest for 3 from the off. Arwen can get us an extra resource a round (for free once she has her harp). Glorfindel has a wonderfully low threat cost, his stat line and makes Asfaloth better. Elrond brings to the table, is a valid target for Arwen's resource, beefs the healing of our wardens & can help pay for the allies if you don't need to pay for any cards. There is very little waste in our hero set up.

Allies

Save the wardens, we're either looking at good questers, or location control questers.

One of the best things about this deck is that no 1 card should need to be saved for. The most expensive cards are 2 cost and the most expensive card is the 4 cost tracker. Between Arwen's ability and Elrond's ability to pay for allies of any sphere even the tracker can be a round 1 drop.

Attachments

Since we're going location control the Ancient Mathom & Elf-stone should be fairly reliable to hit the player you wish to target. Asfaloth, Explorer's Almanac & Thror's Map let us manipulate locations further while Light of Valinor & Silver Harp help out our heroes.

Events

A Test of Will & Hasty Stroke are good in any deck. Daeron's Runes & Elven-light supplement the mathom's for card draw. Secret Paths is the final piece of location control for those times when you just can't get rid of the threat fast enough.

Daeron's Runes is our second potential use for Silver Harp if resources are sorted or you get the 2nd one out.

Sidboard

In practice the deck may be slightly overloaded with location solutions. There are option in the sideboard for swapping in other useful bits. Losing Thror's Map is a gimme in quests without travel effects & Explorer's Almanac is a touch outclassed by the Northern Tracker + Rhovanion Outrider combo (In most cases....there are times you want specific progress admitedly). If you lose those 5 cards you have room for some threat reduction or action advantage. Maybe Dwarven Tomb to get back A Test of Will...etc
