DnT has a newer deck inspired by this one: Horse Archery!
Elfhelm and Bard. For some reason this combination is really appealing. Put a warhorse on Bard to boost him to 6 effective ranged attack with a single 1 cost attachment that lets him shoot twice. That's pretty excellent right out of the gate. Add a couple signals, and he his even harder. Legolas ally helps with card draw and is a great target for Sword-Thain. Elfhelm makes a very reasonable defender should one be required, though it's better to send the enemies to other players so that Bard can get his boost.
