First effort at a Hobbit deck for Black Riders, teamed with an attacking elf deck and a Gandalf deck.
I like how your deck is going to be able to hit hard and absorb a lot of damage, one of the biggest issues for a hobbit deck.
I think you're going to be resource starved in green. The Elf-stones will help, but you're playing a 3 deck campaign so it'll only work 1/3rd of the time. And even then, you'll have to be sure you clear the location that turn. I'd really look at replacing Forest Snare and the Wandering Ent to take some pressure off your lore resources.
You can replace the two Gléowine and one of your Barliman Butterbur (you have 3 and they're unique, plus green) with 3 copies of Foe-hammer. That'll give you some good card draw for 0 resources while reducing your lore burden by 6.
