Discard Pile

Draw your cards fast. Play them faster. Hope you win.
None of the unique allies are all that necessary. Try to get Narya out quick so you can play all those 0 cost events for resources. With 11 cards on turn one there is a good chance you should see it right off the bat(~50% turn 1, ~70% turn 2).
Don't be afraid to discard anything but the Will of the West and/or the Map of Earnil. You will usually cycle your discard pile by about turn 4 or 5(26 or 31 cards at least). And chances are you will cycle twice in most games.
Dúnedain Mark and Light of Valinor for Círdan the Shipwright and A Burning Brand and Dúnedain Warning for Erestor.
Once you have played all your cards, you can still do Lords of the Eldar every turn by drawing it and using a Silver Harp to stop Cirdan's forced effect, and then using Arwen Undómiel action to pitch it for a resource thus giving the 3 resources to play it every turn and put it back in your deck to draw again the next turn so you can pitch it for a resource again.
Haven't tried it with the Dwarves from the sideboard yet as I don't have the Erebor Guard or Ioreth yet, but cycling those in with the Erebor Hammersmith would give an interesting target for We Are Not Idle if you wanted to branch out from just Noldor.
