This is a questing deck to compliment a combat deck with Dori and the Twins. It has Noldor allies and To the Sea, to the Sea!, but more often relies on Outlands or Ents to provide questing heft. Song of Wisdom and A Burning Brand are intended for Elrohir, in quests with particularly nasty shadows three copies of each should be included to get it out ASAP. Beyond that, Elven-light and Silver Harp are used to power Arwen Undómiel's discard ability, which typically goes either to one of the twins for extra uses of their ability, or to Galdor to pay for green cards. Blue resources can pile up, but that's what Elven-light is for -- mulligan for Elven-light. The single copy of Lords of the Eldar is so that you have something to do if the deck runs out, it will cycle endlessly.
