This deck is a classic Rohan deck. Gamling and Theoden are the keys: Gamling recycles allies and Theoden gets attachments to be the attacking force. Theodred helps build resources, and with Heir of Mardil he can even add some attacking power. The cards you are looking to hit early are Gamling, Snowmane, Warden of Helm's Deep, and Herugrim. Ranger Provisions, Ancient Mathom, and Hidden Cache add some resource gen and card draw.
