BilboBarnard has a newer deck inspired by this one: How Outlandish!
This deck is made to use the City of Corsair's Prince of Dol Amroth card, though I don't have access to it yet (hence why it's in the side board)
Also designed so see if an outright Outlands deck would work.
Can generate lots of resources so felt I could add in some more pricey things.
