Some pretty crazy threat reduction here - as the game goes on you'll find yourself dropping lower and lower.

Quest with Eowyn, defend with Beregond, draw with Galadriel.

1 Unexpected Courage for each hero - Beregond gets one first so you can defend comfortably, then Eowyn gets one once she has some Daggers of Westernesse, then Galadriel gets one so you can use Nenya and her action (Although if questing is not an issue you can put a second UC on Beregond).

The low threat is helpful for avoiding enemies so that you have time to get your attacking allies out.

Simple deck to play, but quite a fun change to see your threat dropping lower and lower!

Nice deck! :-)

I have a deck with Galadriel and Merry (spirit) for Threat reduction, which also manages to get low pretty well.

One thing I am really missing here is the Glorfindel ally, since you have so many Silver Harps (and no real use for them, other than the Mirror, unless I am missing something). He would be a great addition, I think. Espensive, sure, but one copy (maybe instead of the extra Bofur) won't hurt, right?

@ThaneeI do thing Glorfindel ally is a good suggestion. But I am more likely to drop a Refugee before a Bofur.

The deck managed to beat Nightmare Intruders in Chetwood twice, after a failed first attempt. The key is to mulligan for Gondorian Shield, engage the Orc War Party on turn 1, defend it with Beregond, and kill it right away with Eowyn. That gives you enough breathing room to get set up.
