Mbweha 57
Mbweha has a newer deck inspired by this one: Arwen & Aragorn Get the Wood Out
Buff up Aragorn so he can ready eight million times each round and bring out the Ents to seal the deal.
The only difficult decision to make is whether to put Steward of Gondor on Aragorn or Erestor. Ideally, you drop it on Aragorn and he also has the Ring of Barahir. If he doesn't, you might consider giving it to Erestor in order to make sure you have resources to get those Ents out.
Be sure to keep track of your two copies of Will of the West. After one goes by, you should probably just about always play the second in order to make sure you don't run out of cards to draw (but then again, hopefully you're beating most quests before this would be an issue in the first place).
