From across the vast lands of Middle Earth comes a deck of full of its most random selection of heroes! This Harad focused deck features America's Number One Threat, Beorn; Forked Tongued Lecher with Problems in Sector 34, Gríma, and Kahliel.

This deck is a bit experimental as it not only features the most current synergy, Harad, but also because it uses some less efficient cards due to my dwindling card pool. Eg. Peace, and Thought works in the deck because you can ready Kahliel, but there are better card draw cards. By the end of the cycle, I hope to see this deck filled out a bit more.

Let's start with the obvious. Get that Steward of Gondor on Kahliel stat! You want him to be able to get those beefy Harad allies out ASAP. Beorn and Grima are here to assist him. Beorn can defend early game and seriously mess up the enemies who dare to engage him. Grima, though unpopular due to his looks and ability, can help to get Steward out turn one and reduce those expensive allies. To supplement him, give Keys of Orthanc to a friend to make him/her less mad about you hitting that doom button. I mean, you can keep it if you don't care too. Stick it on either hero.

Now, let's talk a bit about the actual strategy of the deck. Use Beorn to defend early, but don't feel bad if he eats it early. Keep Watch, Honour Guard, and Warden of Healing can keep him in play longer, but when he dies, use Landroval to bring him back. Elf-stone can help you cheat in the eagle if you start feeling the heat.

I love the flexibility that Kahliel’s Tribesman can give you. Maybe you have a boss enemy. Exhaust them to give Jubayr some extra defense to ensure he takes little to no damage. Teammate stuck with an enemy? Hit up Yazan and Boom, Headshot. Not sure what to do? Boost his leader and use the Cram or hero ability to get an extra ready. Then use Kahliel's Headdress to get back that discarded card. For this reason, I like the Haradrim Spears on Kahliel, but Yazan is good too.

I've only played this in multiplayer and it could use some more Harad specific cards, but it's fun.

Hi, I was wondering why you put 'We Are Not Idle' in this deck? As far as I know, you can pay the cost of exhausting dwarfs only among your own characters. Or am I missing something? Best wishes for GenCon

@knochentrockenYou can exhaust 0 dwarfs to gain 0 resources and draw one card.

Okay... But why not play Daeron's Runes if you want to cycle only?

@knochentrocken Daeron's Runes is better, but I only have the 3 copies and put them in another deck. I'm a bit lazy so digging out cards from other decks and swapping is too much work me. In reality, I should find a place for both cards just for the math
