This is the deck I use to beat Journey to Rhosgobel solo. There are three Lore of Imladris to heal Wily as quickly as possible and three Will of the West to shuffle them back into your draw pile if the game is stretching out and you can't find Athelas in the encounter deck.
The most important card to get out early is Steward of Gondor to pay for expensive allies (Gandalf and Radagast). Rivendell Minstrel can help you find Song of Kings early in the game.
Silverlode Archer can take care of the flying baddies, but I usuallly don't need him. Between Gandalf, Forest Snare, and Haldir of Lórien I don't even know if I've ever played the Archer, but he's there if I need him.
Dwarven Tomb is helpful to bring back A Test of Will to deal with nasty treacheries
