Mulligan for the secrecy cards (Resourceful, Risk Some Light, Ithilien Lookout) and/or the setup cards (Light of Valinor, Mirror of Galadriel).

Galadriel should help you to stay in secrecy for a while. Once you put Gandalf into play it doesn't really matter that much anymore.

Unless you are in desperate need for a specific card, always search for Silver Harp with Mirror of Galadriel first. Will of the West is there to rescue some of the unique cards in case you happen to discard them (Treebeard, Asfaloth, Narya, Gandalf's Staff).

After some thinking and testing, please take out Nenya and replace it with Gather Information.
