A very good deck for solo or multiplayer. Keep your threat low:

  • defend with Beregond
  • draw a card and reduce threat every round with Galadriel

Thurindir choose Double Back as first side quest. With this all and Elrond´s Counsel you reduce your threat under 20 and lower.

Galadriel and Gleowine for card draw. Resourcefull for more resources.

Beregond defends. He gets every Unexpacted Courage and a Gondorian Shield.

The Outlands are amazing and allow this deck to fight in midgame.

I beat:

  • Anduin nightmare
  • Into Ithilien
  • Three Trials

Carn Dum is too hard because of the starting location.

Into Ithilen starts in Battle questing as well as Carn Dum. Carn Dum is still much harder, though.

Hi Wandalf,

Into Ithilien is battle because of the quest card. But when I choose my side quest (Thurindir), I can quest normaly.

Carn Dum is battle because of an active location. This is more complicated. Thror's Map or West Road Traveler need first an other location to swap. Westfold Horse Braker or The Evening Star only do 2 progress... so you need 2 of them or help from Asfaloth.

I never noticed how good Thurindir is as a counter to Battle/Siege quest cards. Very nice!

Regarding your deck, you have some tactics attachments that can only be played one you find Song of Battle. With this in mind I'd at least put in a third copy.
