This is the Spirit deck of my "Mono Sphere - Mono Function" fellowship. Any of the 4 decks handles just one aspect of the game. This is our quester deck, but also includes the cancellation staples (A Test of Will/Hasty Stroke).
I included most of the 2 Cost/2 Willpower allies in this deck. You can play 2 of them per turn with Arwen Undómiels abilty. Other allies help with location management.
There is also some Noldor discard synergy in the deck. All the heroes, Steed of Imladris and Glorfindel allow extra discards from Elven-light and Elwing's Flight.
With Light of Valinor and Narya you can even help in combat if you ready for example Marksman of Lórien or Warden of Helm's Deep.
