This deck features most cars that can deal with the location lock from this years gen con quest. These locations can not be travelled or placed progress on unless your are in the right stage. However there are ways around that with the following cards:
Thror's Map -> Travel there
West Road Traveller -> travel there
Thrór's Key -> blank text, so travel and placing progress is possible again
Heirs of Earendil -> discard location
Mariner's Compass -> switch location away
All the other cards are for placing progress on locations or similar. This deck is not very strong at fighting and should be paired with a good tactics deck. However with Círdan the Shipwright + Light of Valinor + Narya some of your allies can become decent defenders. Or give Beravor +4 on everything with Tale of Tinúviel and Círdan the Shipwright.
