I'm a bit confused about some of the allies you have chosen. What is the purpose of including Silvan Refugee and Westfold Horse-breeder in this deck? I think Bofur and Legolas might serve you better for some more card draw.

@AurionSilvan Refugees are actually pretty good questing allies in deck where no characters are expected to leave play consistently and Westfold Horse-breeder is one for one willpower, which isn't bad (I would sub it out for the westfold Horse-breaker, though). It's true, though, that some card draw might do the deck some good.

That is true but this deck is for solo in mind so I needed cheap will, but could be switched for curious brandybuck or spirit bofur or tactics. Boromir could be switched for legolas, and you could take out the daggers of westerness for ancient mathoms but I do like a little more weapon consistency
