This is the questing half of the pair of decks. Mulligan for Arwen, unless the other deck has Dúnedain Signal in hand. This is one of the few Glorfindel decks where Light of Valinor is not your top priority.

Your focus for the early game depends on the quest. If the quest needs lots of willpower, then get out your Ethir Swordsman and Anfalas Herdsman. If it has a combat focus, the get up A Burning Brand on Boromir. Master of the Forge helps in this regard.

In late game the main concern is threat reduction. There's the simple stuff like The Galadhrim's Greeting and Elrond's Counsel, but the biggest impact comes from Aragorn. During the refresh phase, you can pass Aragorn to the Boromir player using Desperate Alliance, and they can reset their threat as well ("Once per game" really means "Once per game per player"). Finally, through the use of Song of Eärendil, you can at any point take Boromir's threat raise upon yourself.

The Power of Orthanc is in the sideboard for quests with nasty Condition attachments, like The Dread Realm.
