(Note: Afer lots more testing I made a bunch of changes from my original list. Mostly to just smooth out the resource curve and give me some better options to spend my ample Leadership resources on. So far the changes I’ve made seem to have really upped the consistency and potency of the deck)
This has been proven to be one of my favorite solo decks while still being very powerful. I’ve taken this deck through most of the Grey Havens and Harad AP’s and it’s been performing beautifully.
The whole idea of the deck focuses on always be attacking first and never allow the enemies to attack. When I’m building a deck, one of the first things I consider is how am i going to defend attacks which is a critical part of the game. This deck tries to avoid most of that. In other words, sometimes the best defense is a good offense.
So how are we doing this?
Eomer’s innate ability lets us attack and kill into the staging area during questing. Eomer ability also doubles for pseudo questing as he can so easily be killing enemies in the staging area during questing and thus remove their threat.
Roheryn is such an amazing mount attachment that gives us a repeatable Quick Strike ability. This goes on Aragorn and allows us to attack and kill enemies consistently before they get the chance to attack.
Obviously we’ve got a Tactic staple of Feint to prevent enemy attacks.
With Aragorns innate ability of giving enemies -1 shield, it makes him a killing machine. I’ve sprinkled in some amount of direct damage in the Galadhon Archer as well as further reducing an enemies shield with Marksmen of Lorien to ensure that most enemies will be killed instantly and won’t stick around. Anborn has proven to also be a perfect include in the deck.
A big strategy of the deck is Eomers ability as well as Roheryn as mentioned above. But to get the most benefit of these abilities, we have to keep our threat reasonably low. we start with a modest starting threat of 27. From there we’ve got Elronds Counsel and Galadriels Handmaiden to help keep our threat in a resonanable range.
Another bomb card in here that I always try to include wherever I can is Heirs of Earendil. This can help to strategically get rid of a particularly nasty location. Between this and Eomer killing enemies in the staging area, this deck actually has pretty good staging area control.
All in all, this has been a fun and powerful solo deck that succeeds in trying to always attack first. Let me know what you think. And as always I hope you enjoy playing it.

Awesome deck! I've been trying to find a good Éomer deck, and this is by far the best one I've played. The only change I made was putting and extra copy of Anborn in. Thanks for posting this.
