This is a very old deck. It uses cards up till AoO, so I think many people still collecting whom started from the beginning might be able to play this. And that's why I'm sharing it.
The idea is simple: flood the board with outlands as quick as possible. Starting in secrecy, you can use timely aid to burst out of the door. Secrecy also helps to neuter the encounter deck with out of the wild & risk some light to get going in those crucial first rounds.
The rest is easy. Just get steward of Gondor on Hirluin asap, play A very good tale, & get sword of morthond on faramir.
Disclaimer: I haven't played this deck in ages, so I am not sure if it still holds up against the current quests.
