The BGamerJoe 4839
This is fairly standard Harad deck that uses Elrond to smooth resources and bring the 5 cost allies into play for free with Vilya. This deck was created to beat Nightmare The Weather Hills along side Mr Underhill's Dale deck.
If you've played Elrond before you will recognize his normal suite of cards and tricks here. Look for Light of Valinor, Vilya, and/or Imladris Stargazer in your opening hand. If you don't see your key cards right away dig for them with Elven-Light, Heed the Dream and Daeron's Runes.
Once you get Elrond tooled up you can start getting those big allies into play for free. If you aren't seeing what you want with the Stargazer you can use Kahliel's Headdress to shuffle your deck every turn to get fresh cards to the top. If you get the Big Three into play start looking for Gandalfs to play with Vilya.
I included 5 healers in the deck because you NEED healing for The Weather Hills. If you don't keep healing up in that quest you're basically done.
The deck is really pretty simple. Use Arwen to regulate your resource/card balance, play big allies, cancel what you can, keep everyone healed up and kill stuff with your combat Harad characters!
When coupled with the Dale deck, it can provide you with some extra resources and threat reduction in the late game. You can find the YouTube recording of our play of the Nightmare Weather Hills here.
