This is a tale of men, and elves, of power that darkens the minds, and the light which elves bring to them.

I've been testing and tweaking this deck for the last two months, preparing to the anual Spanish LOTR player meeting in Llinars del Vallès, which is coming to its 4th edition this September.

In this meeting, all games are played with 3 players, so... I thought that bringing Palantir would so powerful, as it will allow to know exactly which will be revealed each questing fase, except in rounds which a sourge card appears, of course...

Also, I wanted to play some cards which players tend to underestimate, such as Caldara post-faq, and also, Caldara in a non monosphere deck.

Caldara here provides mainly 2 things: 1- It is a Gondor hero, so it can receive resources from Denethor. 2- Once you have Prince Imrahil in play, you can discard her to put into play 2 of your big allies from discard pile.

Here we have mainly 2 options to put those big guys into discard pile. First, with Cirdan we are drawing 2 cards each round, having to discard 1 of them. If one is a big guy (Except Imrahil)... just discard it, you'll put into play later.

Second, we have A very Good Tale to thicken our discard pile, and luckily get some free allies at the same time.

Elven-lights are there to test... not sure if they will be worth or not, cause you need Erestor or Glorfindel in play to really take advantage of them.

It is not a power deck, but a very fun one to play. It can provide huge willpower with Faramir + Narya combo, and also some other interesting tricks and good location managing with an easy way to put 2-3 northern trackers into play.

Hello @wehehe. Very good deck. As you say, I do not see Elven-light in the deck. The third A Test of Will or The Galadhrim's Greeting maybe? With Palantir you have think for Favor of the Valar?

Hi @DieterVanHertz ! Yes... Elven-light are the most recent addition to the deck, probably they are going to be replaced, I still have to test them.

About Favor, I usually have enough threat control with The Galadhrim's Greeting, Double Back, and Elrond's Counsel. Also, any of the events can be recicled with Dwarven Tomb
