Wandalf the Gizzard 2414

This is the best Dwarf deck I could build from my current pool. It's really just your run-of-the-mill Dwarf swarm.

You want to mulligan for Legacy of Durin. This will ensure you don't stall out. Steward of Gondor is also ideal, but Legacy is the star of the show. The first couple rounds are the toughest, as with most decks, since you really don't have an answer for enemies that early. Once you find your footing, though, you'll quickly take control of the game. After several rounds, you're army will have formed. By this point, yo can start looking for Narvi's Belt and Erebor Battlemaster, Hardy Leadership or Warden of Healing, and Lure of Moria.

And that's about it! You've also got Erestor for extra card draw and good old Henamarth.

Good question! It all depends on the card pool. Always, always cards. Limited pool hurts things.
