First game played we let our threat get higher than 34 and all the trolls attacked at once. Miraculously, we were able to overcome because we got Grimbeorn early, forest snared a troll on my side, pumped up Gimli a bunch with citadel plate, some damage and unexpected courage, as well as sneak attacking a Gandalf to handle the trolls before they killed us. We won with 49 threat each, very close game.
We plan to try again keeping our threat low and only engaging the trolls selectively one at a time.
