All your heroes are built to take damage; get a strong healing engine out to let them take hits regularly. Get Song of Wisdom, Boots from Erebor and Ent Draught on Glóin and then block with him or give him archery and undefended attacks for fun and profit. He's the target for Heir of Mardil, letting you quest with him and then defend, defend and attack, etc. Erkenbrand is your primary defender, since he can ignore shadow effects. He's the target for Dúnedain Warning.
Treebeard quests and/or attacks as necessary for the quest, since once he's drunk his Ent Draught and you have a few Wellinghall Preservers and other healers out, it's pretty easy to give him at least +5 or whenever you need it. Treebeard gets the Cram for in-sphere readying. If someone else is playing Lembas, Treebeard loves that even more.
The deck is pretty simple to run; just get all the healing out to keep your three damage-taking heroes going. Obviously this deck loves questing alongside Elrond (but them remember to remove the ally). Beyond that, Glóin pays for powerful and expensive allies and effects, and between the strong allies and Treebeard this deck can power through a lot of quests.
