Pure Series:

I realized that my original Pure Series has become out of date, so I've remade many (if not all) of my decks.

This is a series of about 10 decks that I made that don’t share any cards with each other. Meaning I can only use Steward of Gondor in one of my 10 decks. This forces me to use different methods of card draw and resource generation.

I only use heroes that fit the theme or archetype of the deck.

I do include different cards of the same unique character in different decks. (Ex. Haldir of Lórien hero in my Scout deck and Haldir of Lórien ally in my Silvan deck.)

Noldor Deck:

WARNING: Planning Phases may take longer than expected

Noldor is a very fun archetype to play and has the interesting dynamic of using cards in your discard pile to your advantage. This is one of the strongest questing decks I've made. I've found that sometimes I'll go through my entire deck 3-4 times in a single game.

Opening Hand:

If you get Love of Tales in your opening hand, keep it. If you don’t get Love of Tales in your opening hand, Mulligan.

Resources:

Your resources come from Love of Tales. There are many Songs included in this deck in order to trigger Love of Tales. Rivendell Minstrel can be used to help find songs you need. To the Sea, to the Sea! is a key attachment, once you get it out you can basically turn cards into coins (even better when using with Elven-light)!

Card Draw:

Besides drawing 5 cards during the Refresh phase every turn Elven-light is a very useful source of card draw. Once it’s in your discard pile you have the ability to use it every turn. If you have To the Sea, to the Sea! this basically turns 1 coin into 2 coins.

Mirror of Galadriel and Master of the Forge can help you search for many of the key attachments throughout this deck. Because of Mirror of Galadriel I was able to include fewer copies of each attachment. And if you have a Silver Harp you don’t have to worry about discarding an important card from Mirror of Galadriel.

Threat:

Elrond's Counsel can keep your threat under control, and can be played over and over again as you cycle through your deck with Will of the West. In fact, your threat is usually so low you can take the threat of other players with Song of Eärendil (it's a song too!!!).

Discard:

Use Will of the West in order to keep cycling through your deck over and over again. Make sure to keep track of how many are in your discard pile so you don't accidentally find yourself with no cards to draw on turn 6 or 7.

Allies:

Glorfindel is a really great ally. If you have To the Sea, to the Sea! in play you can discard Glorfindel and 3 Elven-lights in order to play him for 1 coin!

Elven Jeweler is not a key card, but is a great card to get in your opening hand. On the first turn of the game you will have a starting hand of 11, so discarding 2 will not be a problem.

Attachments:

Light of Valinor will be attached to Círdan the Shipwright. Allowing him to quest without exhausting, this leaves him free to use Narya later.

Nenya attaches to Galadriel and will basically give you an extra 4 willpower every turn + the sphere.
