This deck is made only for the Shadow and Flame quest and is meant to be played with another Tactics/Spirit Dwarf Deck.
The Dwarf deck will act as the chump blocker deck that tries to deflect all attacks made by the Balrog.
It's absolutely vital that the threat of the player that plays this deck stays at 0, this should be pretty easy with Galadriel. The idea behind it is that you attach Light of Valinor to Glorfindel, exhaust Nenya and Galadriel to add her willpower to him and then ready Galadriel so her effect can be used. Extensive readying effects are needed, so all allies should have pretty high willpower so we can quest like there's no tomorrow to blaze through the quest as fast as possible.
