1.1 A first blush at an idea I had rolling around, spurred from a suggestion from a friend. Hasn't been tested yet so no idea how it functions. Will have to go through some playtesting first

2.1 Played a round, top decked real quick and needed more for Mablung to do.

Looks like the deck will need more card draw, resource smoothing, plus maybe a bit of additional resource acceleration beyond Mablung. Some healing is also always nice.

Several cards seem like they're not doing much for you, and could be cut: Dúnedain Cache, Swift Strike, and Hour of Wrath could all be removed and you could drop at least one copy of Fierce Defense (not sure why you're running 3 of that and only 1 Forest Patrol). All of those cards are too expensive and/or focused on your heroes -- with so many strong allies, and not enough hero-boosting, your heroes aren't really your primary combat engine.

For Mablung, consider adding Gondorian Shield, since you seem to be lacking a primary strong defender, especially early game. For card draw, look to Daeron's Runes, Gandalf + Sneak Attack, and Heed the Dream (maybe Deep Knowledge if you want to aggro). For smoothing, A Good Harvest, Errand-rider, or Envoy of Pelargir could all help. You might also think about Ranger of Cardolan, since it's neutral. Too bad you don't have one dunedain hero, as that would also open up Heir of Valandil... if you wanted to go that route, you could sub Amarthiúl or Halbarad for Faramir -- either would work nicely with this deck. Regardless, you can still think about Forest Snare, which is often a staple in dunedain decks.

I would replace Faramir with Amarthiúl. Faramir works nicely with allies who have big questing and combat stats, but the allies you've chosen are more focused. Amarthiul helps with resource smoothing, generation, and as @kjeld pointed out, Heir of Valandil. I'd also bring Entangling Nets, Followed, and Outmatched to three-ofs, those are the big moneymaker traps (especially if you get them all stuck on the same enemy). You could drop Ithilien Pit to make room.

You also seem to have enough to make Fierce Defense, Forest Patrol, and Swift Strike somewhat extraneous. Pack a bunch of card draw instead and you'll be much more consistent.
