This is one of the decks I used to tackle Hunt for the Dreadnaught. You can find the play through report here: https://theroadlotr.wordpress.com/

This deck represents the Noldor fleet sent down from Lindon to answer Gondor’s call for aid. They are being led by their greatest sailors and wisest counsellors, though they are no stranger to battle. Cirdan himself leads the relief force, with Galdor of the Havens as his second-in-command. Arwen Evenstar represents the House of Imladris in this effort, but there are other mighty names also amoung them.

There are two primary functions of this deck: draw cards and quest hard. Now a lot of effects in this deck, like Steed of Imladris and To the Sea, to the Sea! rely on the ability to discard cards, so you'll want to ensure you get as many cards into your hand as possible. Círdan the Shipwright will let you draw two cards each turn, and discard one you don't want, filtering through your deck much quicker. Mulligan hard for Silver Harp, using Galdor of the Havens's ability at the start of the game to dig for it. Silver Harp will let you keep your cards recycled as much as possible. Stone of Elostirion will bring your and card draw up to the levels you need, while Elven-light and Erestor will give you the extra cards when you need them. Ancient Mathom is a reliable extra few cards for whichever deck needs it the most, especially when coupled with Steed of Imladris and The Evening Star. Inevitably you will run through all the cards in your hand, even with Silver Harp and a timely Lindir stemming the flow, but this is where Galdor of the Havens comes in again to replenish your hand. Make sure you use Imladris Stargazer to draw the cards you need the most.

Combined with the extra willpower from the Eithiliant, the ship this deck ought to be running with, this deck can turn out enough to cover the Tactics deck this will be paired with. Círdan the Shipwright, Arwen Undómiel and Galdor of the Havens should all be sent to the quest each turn, giving you at least 13 right out of the gate on the first turn. Upgrading the Eithiliant, Stone of Elostirion and Elwing's Flight will keep you questing for as much as possible, while Steed of Imladris and The Evening Star will make sure you can keep the active location open. Your allies like Glorfindel, Wandering Exile and Lindon Navigator should keep you totals high. The deck has enough sentinel out of the gate to cover most of your defence, but Glorfindel and Wandering Exile can help fight them off with counterattacks, especially when readied Narya.

Cirdan has heard reports of a massing Corsair fleet, one that would be large enough to threaten the entire free coast of Middle-earth. He sends for aid from Imladris, and together they set sail out of Lindon. They make for the Bay of Belfalas, hoping that the Lord Denethor is as prepared for a naval war as he is on land.
