doomguard has a newer deck inspired by this one: scouts and rangers

a different last alliance. scouts and rangers and... nearly all of them are dunedain.

that helps not this much, but is funny.

most important move would be Scouting Party that to all characters is heavy.

there is room for optimizing.

(test of will, courage, dwarven tomp and consider Heir of Valandil )

What's Halbarad for? I don't see anything like Dagger of Westernesse In the Shadows.

I think he's just an ally with good stats that can be played for cheap, either using his own ability or Heir of Valandil. Or even both.

@GreenWizard, Yeah that's reasonable, when I use him I use him with Hobbits, and normally I have no enemies engaged when I play him so I forget about his first ability.
