Beorn 13324

With the help of Elfhelm, the Rohirrim mount a charge to the world's ending. This deck was brought to you by the Crimean war, poetry, and of course Alfred, Lord Tennyson.

1 Half a league, half a league, Half a league onward, All in the valley of Death Rode the six hundred. "Forward, the Light Brigade! "Charge for the guns!" he said: Into the valley of Death Rode the six hundred.

2 "Forward, the Light Brigade!" Was there a man dismay'd? Not tho' the soldier knew Someone had blunder'd: Theirs not to make reply, Theirs not to reason why, Theirs but to do and die: Into the valley of Death Rode the six hundred.

3 Cannon to right of them, Cannon to left of them, Cannon in front of them Volley'd and thunder'd; Storm'd at with shot and shell, Boldly they rode and well, Into the jaws of Death, Into the mouth of Hell Rode the six hundred.

4 Flash'd all their sabres bare, Flash'd as they turn'd in air, Sabring the gunners there, Charging an army, while All the world wonder'd: Plunged in the battery-smoke Right thro' the line they broke; Cossack and Russian Reel'd from the sabre stroke Shatter'd and sunder'd. Then they rode back, but not Not the six hundred.

5 Cannon to right of them, Cannon to left of them, Cannon behind them Volley'd and thunder'd; Storm'd at with shot and shell, While horse and hero fell, They that had fought so well Came thro' the jaws of Death Back from the mouth of Hell, All that was left of them, Left of six hundred.

6 When can their glory fade? O the wild charge they made! All the world wondered. Honour the charge they made, Honour the Light Brigade, Noble six hundred.

One other option for the sideboard is a couple copies of Eomund. With the well-rounded stats of the heroes in this deck, he is a good choice for Sneak Attack, on turns when you don't have a Wizard in hand.

would defenalty bring some Unique allies + sword thain to attach an other of those many mounts to a "4th hero" here ;)

I considered Sword-thain, but with this deck I really wanted to make it fast. One of the downsides I've noticed to using Sword-thain in a deck without resource acceleration is just how much is slows you deck down.

I have to pay for the unique ally and then pay for Sword-thain. With a minimum of six resources spent on that combo, it will take me several rounds to even recover those resources. Granted, a Mount on the newly-created hero will provide a stat bonus, but the cost to getting that single stat boost was so great that it only makes sense if the game is going to last a long time. Without threat reduction (other than Gandalf), this deck isn't really designed for a long enough game to make that strategy worth while. I would much prefer to pair this deck with other heroes which also attach mounts, to maximize the benefit derived from Elfhelm.

Still thinking on making a rohan deck as well. Galadriel ally seems to be also a good option to include for a free attachment. And what about a good harvest, i think it's a nice card in a three color deck

Yes, A Good Harvest fits well into this deck. In this case, I went with Errand-riders because they server much the same purpose but can also be sacrificed to fuel Eomer's ability. Still, I can see a case for A Good Harvest replacing them or even being included with them. As for Galadriel, she is very powerful but most of the attachments in this deck are inexpensive, so you're not getting quite as much of a benefit from her. She is still worth considering though.
