ALeP inspired Eagles deck with Radagast and Eowyn 1.0

I just really wanted to test an Eagle deck, which does not include Gwaihir hero and I remembered that ALeP had some Eagles heroes. I was deciding between Alagos and Faunith, knowing I wanted Radagast to be one of the heroes. In the end I went with Alagos for the resources and seeing the threat I realized I need a low cost hero. Ideally tactics to help pay for the Eagles. That is how Éowyn came to be added.

There is really little to ready the heroes, but Radagast can quest without exhausting. Alagos statistics are used as needed. Plu Radagast's Staff can be used to ready an ally, usually Eagles of the Misty Mountains, especially once they are powered up.

I decided to get A Burning Brand for Radagast. While There is no defence boost for him in this deck (I may come back to it and do a revise version later), he can still take up to 6 strenght attack and live. Warden of Healing is good for healing him. He is the questor and defender of this deck. But Eagles of the Misty Mountains can be used as a good defender without dying as well, once they are properly boosted.

I tried to include some of the ALeP Eagle cards, although I admit not all are that good for solo play, which is how I normally play. Therefore I only included 2 copies Chieftain of the Skies to start with, they can take some defending, but their ability does nothing. At least they are Eagles which can boost Eagles of the Misty Mountains once they leave play! Veteran Eagle is also another one which does not work that amazing in solo play, but they can still be nice, if you use them to get back to your hand using Flight of the Eagles and replay them, especially if you have two in play and you can put the third one back into play. It actually help being strategic about when they enter play, but their ability still helped!

Fang , Grip and Wolf are certainly fun to play! And while not Eagles, they are at least creatures, which definitely helps!

A good opening hand would be with Radagast's Staff and some card draw. Ideally I aim for one creature ally entering play every round so Radagast can both quest and defend. But card draw, Eagle ally and Word of Command would also work very well in opening hand.

Sideboard notes:

Eagle of the North as Flight of the Eagles is part of the deck. The Golden Crown I thought may be good for a multiplayer play.

Meneldor's Flight I added in case I want to use Meneldor as he would leave play. But I rarely use it. I still decided to keep it as an option.

Breath of Arda is really there for a multiplayer and should work well with Chieftain of the Skies and Veteran Eagle and even Alagos in multiplayer game.
